Torture. I am a *masochist. What can I say? ;-)
At the school district's website is a new set of Minutes, November 15, 2011 (p.2) or so the link says. As I was reading the public comments, there it was, deja vu all over again:
Michele Taylor, parent of a Plainfield student, is concerned about district procedures. Her children don’t have math or literary text work. She is also concerned that there is so much emphasis on NJASK.
And this was documented more than 4 years ago at the May 1, 2007 Minutes (p.3), and is what caused the Deja Vu feeling:
Maria Pellum asked why the students don’t have textbooks.
What is this? The Twilight Zone??!
*figurative speech commonly used in Spanish, just thought some readers could use the clarification! :-]
